David Drabkin works for GSA. One of his best days in government was when he got an email from a woman thanking him for his efforts in the re-inforced construction of Wedge 1 at the Pentagon. Some of the decisions he helped to make during that construction provided extra time for employees to evacuate during the Sept. 11 attacks. One of those employees was the letter writer’s husband.
